# Team Members

> Invite teammates to collaborate on your chatbot — manage knowledge sources, review conversations, and configure settings together.

# Team members

You can invite your teammates to your InsiteChat workspace so they can collaborate on your chatbot alongside you. There are no per-seat charges — team member access is included in your plan.

## Team member limits by plan

## How to invite a team member

    Select your chatbot and click the **Settings** tab.

  <Step title="Find team section">
    Scroll to the **Team** section.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter their email address">
    Type the email address of the person you want to invite into the invite field.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click invite">
    Click **Invite** to send them an invitation email.
  </Step>

  <Step title="They join your workspace">
    Your teammate receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and join your workspace. Once they accept, they have immediate access.

## What team members can do

All team members in your workspace can:

* Create and edit chatbots
* Manage knowledge sources (add, update, remove, sync)
* View conversations and analytics
* Add and edit custom Q\&A pairs
* Configure chatbot settings

## Manage existing members

To remove a team member, go to the **Settings** tab, find the member in the Team section, and click **Remove**.

  Team member limits depend on your plan. If you need to add more collaborators, upgrade your plan from the **Settings** tab.

  Invite your support team lead so they can monitor conversations and add custom Q\&A pairs when they spot wrong or missing answers.
