What is InsiteChat?

InsiteChat is a no-code AI chatbot platform that trains on your own content — websites, documents, Google Drive, Notion, and YouTube — and deploys as a chat widget on your site, WhatsApp, Slack, or Telegram. Under the hood

InsiteChat uses hybrid search (semantic + keyword) with Reciprocal Rank Fusion for context retrieval. Custom Q&A pairs are prioritized over auto-extracted content. Content is chunked into 512-token segments with 50-token overlap for optimal retrieval. Supports 95+ languages with automatic detection.
