Dropbox

Connect your Dropbox account to train your chatbot on cloud-stored documents. InsiteChat handles downloading, text extraction, and embedding automatically — your chatbot is functional within minutes.

Connect and train in three steps

Connect Dropbox

In your InsiteChat dashboard, click Connect Dropbox. Authorize read-only access through the OAuth 2.0 flow.

Browse and select files

Navigate your Dropbox folder structure and choose specific files from any folder depth.

Train your chatbot

Click Import. InsiteChat processes your files, extracts text, and prepares your chatbot to answer questions.
