Connect and go live in three steps

Connect Notion

In your InsiteChat dashboard, click Connect Notion. You’ll be redirected to Notion to authorize the integration. Choose which pages and databases to share with InsiteChat.

Search and select pages

Search your workspace by page title. Select individual pages, entire databases, or import your full workspace at once. You control exactly what gets included.

Import and go live

InsiteChat extracts content from your selected pages, builds embeddings, and makes everything searchable. Your chatbot can answer questions from your Notion wiki immediately after import.
InsiteChat only sees pages you explicitly share during the Notion authorization step. Private content you don’t share stays private.

Keep your chatbot current
